The "horse flapping" exercise

This is based on Bobby Shew's 6 step breathing exercise and his flutter exercise, but it is a modified version skipping the last part (lifting the shoulders).

I do this when walking around in the room. Rhytmic intake of air:
  1. Intake (small) abdomen moves outward slightly, but relaxed
  2. Intake (large) abdomen moves inward horisontally to create wedge position
  3. Intake (large) abdome maintain innermost posistion (lock wedge tension)
  4. Blow out all air, flapping the lips
Always keep the chest up and feel the wedge behind supporting the exhaling of air.
